The Pennsylvania Civil War 150 Road Show, designed by Metcalfe Architecture & Design, is a traveling exhibit in a double expandable 53-foot tractor-trailer. From 2011 to 2015, it will travel to all 67 counties, bringing interactive exhibits, Civil War artifacts, and activities in four themed arcades in the the trailer and programs and performances outside under a Civil War-era tent. The Road Show conveys the many ways Pennsylvania’s men, women, children, and communities experienced the Civil War, both on the battlefield and the home front.
